MDS311 Solids Dewatering Machine Introduction

? Use three letters and three digits to represent the Model. The letter MDS means machine type—Multi-Disk Screw. Two former digits means the MDS cylinder diameter, the last digit shows the number of the screw shafts, such as MDS 312, it means the MDS cylinder diameter is 310mm, the number of the screw shafts is two.
? Sludge Treatment Capacity=DS Standard Capacity÷Sludge Concentration (DS stands for Dried Sludge, 0% moisture.)
* Throughput of each model is based on sludge cake with 85% water content.
* There is no certain upper limitation on inlet sludge concentration, however, the target sludge must be flowable.
* Throughput of DAF Sludge is based on sludge containing much fat, oil, and grease such as meat processing applications etc.
* Throughput of Mixed Sludge (Primary Sludge and Waste Activated Sludge) and Aerobically Digested Sludge is based on sludge containing more than 30% fiber (200 mesh) against Total Solids.

MDS311 Solids Dewatering Machine Details




Name: Over All Unit
Materials: SUS304
The over all unit is made up of SUS304 material, with smooth surface. Laser cutting technical ensures the evenness of machine surface.





Name: Rings
Materials: SUS304
First of all, mechanical shaping is done to the rings by imported processing equipment from Switzerland. Then manual shaping is done to control the deviation of evenness under 0.01mm.





Name: Screw Shaft
Materials: SUS304
Tungsten carbide coating are done to the screw shaft surface. The hardness can reach HRC 71. The blade of screw shaft also get chamfering process treatment, to match with the ring.





Name: Spray Tube and Nozzle 

Materials: SUS304
Spray tube uses SS304 steel, mirror polished.
Its nozzles can achieve well-distributed spray, can achieve solid cone effect,which is better than stainless steel nozzle suppliers





MDS311 Solids Dewatering Machine FAQ

Question 1: Can the machine be placed outdoors?
Yes, the corresponding cabinet, motor protection performance needs to be improved. If the motor needs to add rain cover, motor protection IP55, IP65 and so on.




Question 2: Dewatering machine bracket carbon steel will be cheaper, do not have stainless steel place replaced by carbon steel?
The working conditions of the machine are relatively corrosive places, carbon steel stent corrosion is poor, and the cost of the entire machine is not great, replaced by carbon steel and can not reduce the cost. Standing on the end user's point of view, do not want a machine with 2 years after the stent is rusty, affecting the company's image.
