    ? Use three letters and three digits to represent the Model. The letter MDS means machine type—Multi-Disk Screw. Two former digits means the MDS cylinder diameter, the last digit shows the number of the screw shafts, such as MDS 312, it means the MDS cylinder diameter is 310mm, the number of the screw shafts is two.
    ? Sludge Treatment Capacity=DS Standard Capacity÷Sludge Concentration (DS stands for Dried Sludge, 0% moisture.)
    * Throughput of each model is based on sludge cake with 85% water content.
    * There is no certain upper limitation on inlet sludge concentration, however, the target sludge must be flowable.
    * Throughput of DAF Sludge is based on sludge containing much fat, oil, and grease such as meat processing applications etc.
    * Throughput of Mixed Sludge (Primary Sludge and Waste Activated Sludge) and Aerobically Digested Sludge is based on sludge containing more than 30% fiber (200 mesh) against Total Solids.

    Sludge is firstly fed into the Flow Control Tank and then flows down into the Flocculation Tank, where polymer coagulant is added. 
    From there, the flocculated sludge overflows into the dewatering drum where it is filtered and compressed. The entire operation sequence, including sludge feed control, polymer makeup, dosing and sludge cake discharge are controlled by the built-in timer and sensors of the PLC.

    First of all, mechanical shaping is done to the rings by imported processing equipment from Switzerland. Then manual shaping is done to control the deviation of evenness under 0.01mm.

    MDS313 Oil Sludge Treatment Machine FAQ

    Over All Unit
    The over all unit of multi-disk screw press is made up of SS304 material, with smooth surface. Laser cutting technic ensures the evenness of machine surface. Not as other suppliers, they use cheap excess materials instead,our machine uses brand new steel plate. Fine welding and surface polish are done to the multi-disk screw press, which you can see it in our workshop.

    In details, we adopt humanization design. We uses cap screw in case of scratch In misoperation. And even the cross walls use laser cutting to ensure horizontal evenness.

     

    Pipe Clamp
    C type tank is suitabke for placement of pipe clamp.easy for installation.


    Solenoid Valve
    We use ASCO solenoid valve, the famous American solenoid valve manufacturer as the solenoid valve is easily break down, owing to repeatedly open and close ,so we choose the solenoid valve with best quality, but the price is 30 times of ordinary solenoid valve.
